Terms of service
These terms apply to this website and to the Alibera services. Please read them before you use either.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Some details on this page are marked as still to confirm. They are waiting on the company registration details and are not yet legally final.
01Accepting these terms
By using the Alibera website or the Alibera services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, please stop using the services.
They apply to every visitor and every user, whether or not there is a separate contract in place.
Where a signed customer agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over these terms for anything the two of them cover differently.
02What the services are
Alibera provides enterprise resource planning software for manufacturing companies, available as a hosted service and as an on-premise installation. The platform covers areas such as production management, inventory, sales, purchasing, invoicing and reporting.
Availability, features and specifications change as the product develops. We will not remove something a customer depends on without telling them first.
03What we ask of you
When you use the services, you agree to:
- Give accurate and complete information when you create an account or send us a form.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself and tell us if they are compromised.
- Use the services lawfully and in line with these terms.
- Not try to reach any part of the services or related systems you have not been given access to.
- Not interfere with the integrity or the performance of the services.
04Intellectual property
The Alibera name, the interface, the documentation and the modules we have written remain the property of the company operating Alibera or of its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Alibera is built on the open source Odoo framework, which remains the property of its own authors and is licensed under its own terms. We are not an official Odoo partner and we make no claim on their trade marks.
You may not copy, distribute, modify or build derivative works from the parts we own without our written consent. Your own data stays yours.
05Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed what you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
06Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services. Where a change materially affects a paying customer, we give notice first.
We may also update these terms. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the revised version, and the date at the top of this page tells you when that was.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the company operating Alibera is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute is to be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
