Alibera is an ERP platform of modules, built and operated by WMinus. It is made for manufacturing companies of roughly up to fifty people, and it is deliberately not made for startups.
Alibera is not a single application that you either take whole or leave. It is a platform of modules that you switch on as you need them, covering production, inventory, sales, purchasing, invoicing and the data coming off your machines.
One database behind production, stock, sales and purchasing.
Modules switched on as the need appears, not all at once.
Built, hosted and supported by the same team.
The company behind it is WMinus. We are a small senior team. We build the modules, we host them and we support them, so the people who answer your ticket are the people who wrote the code.
That shape is a choice. A narrow product for one kind of company is easier to keep honest than a general one that claims to fit everybody.
What Alibera is built on
Built on the open source Odoo framework
Alibera is built on the open source Odoo framework. WMinus is not an official Odoo partner, and Alibera is not certified, endorsed or resold by Odoo S.A.
What that means for you is straightforward. The core underneath Alibera is proven open source software that a lot of companies already run in production, so you are not being asked to trust a system written from nothing. On top of that core we ship a product that arrives configured for manufacturing, stays updated, and comes with support under one agreement.
The alternative is to install the framework yourself and carry the configuration and the maintenance in house. Some companies want exactly that. If you are one of them, Alibera is probably not what you need.
We use no Odoo branding on this site and we make no claim of partnership, certification or endorsement.
Fit
Who Alibera is for, and who it is not for
The honest version, because finding this out in month four of an implementation costs everybody money.
A good fit
Manufacturing companies of roughly up to fifty people.
Companies whose production or service process is specific enough that a generic tool describes it badly.
Teams who want production, stock, sales and purchasing in one database instead of four disconnected tools.
Companies in Slovenia and Germany, the two markets we sell into.
Not a good fit
Companies that need a globally standardised ERP for tens of thousands of users.
Companies that need industry certifications only the largest vendors support.
Startups. We build for companies that already have a production process to run.
If you recognise your company on the right hand list, we will say so on the first call rather than three months later.
See whether it fits your plant
Book a discovery call. We ask about your current process before we show you anything.
