Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Some details on this page are marked as still to confirm. They are waiting on the company registration details and are not yet legally final.
01Who we are
Alibera is an ERP product built and operated by WMinus. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the company operating Alibera, and "you" means anyone visiting this website or writing to us through it.
We handle personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
02What we collect
We collect what you type into one of the four forms on this site, and nothing more than that. Depending on which form you use, that is:
- Your name and, where the form asks for it, the name of your company and its website.
- Your email address, and on the support form your phone number if you choose to give one instead.
- Your country, on the partner application form.
- The message, cover letter or description of your situation that you write yourself.
- The industry categories you tick on the contact form.
- A link to your work, if you send an open application and choose to include one.
We do not run analytics on this website. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no visitor analytics script. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for special category data. Please do not send us any in a free text field.
03Why we use it
We use what you send us for these purposes only:
- To answer your inquiry and to have the conversation you asked for.
- To provide support to customers and to keep a record of what was reported and fixed.
- To assess a partner or job application that you sent us.
- To protect the forms from automated abuse.
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anybody for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
04Who processes it for us
Two providers process data on our behalf. Both are bound by a data processing agreement and act only on our instructions.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides the Turnstile bot check on the forms. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to serve the page and to tell a human from a script.
- Resend, which delivers the form submission to our inbox as an email. The contents of the form pass through Resend for that delivery.
Where a transfer outside the European Economic Area occurs, it relies on the transfer mechanisms those providers have in place.
05Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies, because it runs neither.
The Cloudflare Turnstile widget on the forms may store a short lived token in your browser to confirm that the check was passed. It is there to keep spam out of the inbox and it is not used to profile you or to follow you across other websites.
06How we protect it
Everything on this site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the inbox that receives form submissions is restricted to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If something does go wrong in a way that affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
07How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as it takes to deal with your request, and afterwards only where a legal or contractual reason requires it.
- A sales or support inquiry that does not lead anywhere is deleted once the conversation is clearly over.
- A job or partner application is kept while it is under consideration and deleted afterwards, unless you ask us to keep it on file.
- Records tied to a customer contract are kept for as long as that contract and the law require.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will unless a legal obligation stops us.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy of it.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Restrict or object to how we are using it.
- Give you your data in a structured, machine readable format, or send it to somebody else.
Write to the address below and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
09How to contact us
For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of the rights above, write to us and say what you want us to do.
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page always tells you when it last changed.
